In groups no larger than 4 men, Alexandre will provide you with a workout and training program for you to follow while working with you on a weekly basis to help you reach your desired goals.

Certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and having a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, Alex has spent the last 12 years working hands on with clients ranging from pro-athletes, military personnel, celebrities and every day busy individuals; from beginners to experienced. He focuses on creating individualized workouts that ensure your goals are met safely and efficiently.
Being consistent with your training and nutrition is the most important aspect of any fitness success. Alex will ensure you are accountable for your workouts inside the gym with him but also ensure you are on track outside of the gym where it really matters.
Safe training is Alex highest priority. He has extensive knowledge on proper form and technique that will prevent injuries*. This will ensure that you reach your goals in a safe manner.
