My approach to personal training is built around simplifying fitness into sustainable, science based systems that work with real life, not against it. As a trainer who's been working with clients now for 21 years, a published health author, and personal trainer with a background in Exercise Science and Nutrition, I combine evidence based strength training, body recomposition strategies, nutrition guidance, recovery optimization, and advanced 3D body composition analysis to help clients achieve long term results without extreme dieting or unsustainable routines.

 

Whether your goal is body transformation, strength training, weight loss, or simply feeling stronger and healthier, my private personal training services in Denver are designed to create results that are realistic, measurable, and maintainable for years to come.

Every session is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay accountable with expert support at every step. All the programs include a custom nutrition plan, a 3D Body Scan to analyze body composition, posture, measurements and custom workouts on the Prolean App designed to accompany the workouts at the studio.
